GYG has the usual Mexican flair available to order - burritos, soft and hard shell tacos, nachos and quesadillas with your choice of one of seven fillings and they cater for vegetarians, pescatarians and of course, meatasauruses. The thing that grabbed my attention when I stood at the counter wasn't their menu but the big framed poster on top of the condiment station about Mision Mexico, a charity that provides refuge, love, life and hope to children in Mexico who have been neglected, abused, orphaned or abandoned. Visit their website to learn more about the charity and GYG's alliance with the charity and make a donation if you can.
- Steak Chipotle (Spicy) Burrito (Grilled steak in GYG's spicy Chipotle marinade with Pico de Gallo and Tomatillo salsa with rice, cheddar cheese, vegetarian black beans and salsa rolled in a soft tortilla)) $11.90

Food and presentation - 3.25/5
I think this is the second time I've had Mexican fast food and to be honest I preferred my first time at Zambrero. The taste of the burrito and nachos were nothing special and I've had much better burritos and nachos elsewhere for similar prices at a proper restaurant or cheaper at a similar restaurant. Our food was served lukewarm which was disappointing but we were in a rush and it's a fast food chain so my expectations and standards were automatically lowered. Don't be deceived by the serving size, it is actually really filling because they bulk it up with rice and black beans. Both hubby and I felt a bit sick after the meal because it was so filling to the point that I was still feeling ridiculously full at 10:30pm when I was ready for bed.

Friendly and polite staff that pop out from under the counter or wherever they may be hiding. Love the beautiful smiles on their faces and they actually came to clear our table when we finished and were still sitting there admiring the décor.
Atmosphere - 4/5
I love the colour scheme. Black and yellow are such a great combination, don't you think? The décor was simple but funky and I just loved it.
Value for money - 3.25/5
It's a bit expensive for what you get and similar places like Zambrero is actually cheaper with a much more well endowed burrito.
Probably won't be back anytime soon unless I know it's on a day where they are donating to Mision Mexico like on Mexican Independence Day on 16th September 2013. On this day GYG will be donating $1 for every burrito or burrito bowl purchased to Mision Mexico. So please do make an effort to visit (especially if you're not into donating directly to charities) because on that particularly day you know you are helping to make a difference to a child's life (it can be your good deed for the day), alternatively you can donate directly to the charity or a charity.
